Exchanges

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Shipping must be paid for by customer unless the product arrive damaged

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and MUST NOT be an item listed in the below "exempt items" list.

Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. We also do not accept products that are "Kustom" or Custom jewelry pieces, "Kustom" or Custom Orders, as well as ANY initial items. Sale items are as well, excluded.

Under no circumstances will "Kostume" or Costume Jewelry items be exchanged in cases where the pieces have "turned" in color. Jewelry comes with care card instructions, and not all items are of the same quality. Please check the description when purchasing to ensure the material you are buying can withstand how you will use these pieces.

Costume pieces should not be exposed to water, oils, perfumes, sweat and are given instructions to prolong life of items inside your packaging. Sterling Silver and 14k Gold does not turn and can be polished with a polishing cloth to remove tarnished areas. Do not use polishing cloth on 14k gold plated items or vermeil items, as this will expose the sterling silver base. 

No Jewelry of any material is ever recommended by a certified Jewler to wear into water, pools, salt water, of any type. It can be cleaned, (in higher quality items) but is still harmful to precious stones.

To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Cancellations are not accepted in any case, once an order is placed it will be fulfilled. However, an exchange process can start as soon as you receive the piece or we can assist you with exchanging the piece purchased before it ships out.


Refunds 
Kasa Karly Does not provide refunds in any case. Exchanges are honored only in cases where an exchange meets the above guidelines or is necessary, or a credit can be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any cases.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We suggest using UPS for both purchases or exchanges.

Damaged Product

In a case where your item arrives damaged, please E-mail sales@kasakarly.com. We will be more than happy to replace any damaged goods.

In your E-mail be sure to provide: an image of the damaged item, your order number, and full name.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from kasakarly.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

SMS Terms & Conditions: Opt into SMS marketing and notifications occur by entering your phone number in the checkout page and initializing a purchase, subscribing via a subscription form, or texting a keyword. By opting into SMS marketing notifications, you agree to the following terms and conditions: You understand and agree that consent is not a condition for any purchase. You understand and agree that your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS marketing platform Consistent Cart, created by CartKit Inc, a company with an office at Atlanta, GA, USA. You understand and agree that data collected will be used for sending you notifications (such as abandoned cart reminders) and targeted marketing messages. Upon sending the SMS messages, your phone number will be passed to our SMS delivery partner to fulfill the delivery of the message. You understand and agree that if you wish to unsubscribe from receiving further SMS marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any message sent from us. You understand and agree that other methods of opting out, such as using alternative words will not be a reasonable means of opting out. You understand and agree that message and data rates may apply when receiving SMS messages.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site -- you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Kasa Karly

Items will be shipped and packaged within 5-7 business days (excludes weekends) and then be sent out VIA DHL, UPS, or USPS. Local pick-up is NOT allowed, please feel free to E-mail sales@kasakarly.com for all questions and concerns. Please be aware, depending on what shipping company you choose, Some do not deliver on Saturdays. "Kustom" or custom pieces can take up to 7 days to be made as these are made by hand. If you have a special occasion please email us, or make a note in your cart notes, and we will be more than happy to try to get your item out faster.

Shipping in regards to exchanges   
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any cases.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We suggest using UPS for both purchases or exchanges.

Lost Packages

The shipping provider and tracking info is sent to the E-mail provided at check out. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered or is missing, and you have not received it, you will need to "File a Claim" or click "Find Missing Mail" with USPS or UPS.

If a shipping address was entered incorrectly we will not be able to assist you in a credit due to a lost package. 

Once orders are fully packaged they are sent to USPS or UPS, Whichever shipping company was chosen by you at checkout, (Kasa Suggests using UPS in more complicated neighborhoods or APTS). Any issues with missing or lost mail is with the shipping provider directly and no longer with Kasa Karly. Once the shipping provider deems the package to be missing or stolen please E-mail Kasa with your written proof from the shipping facility and a credit will be issued in the full amount of the item only. Shipping fees are not refundable in any case.

Unfortunately, in cases where a package is said to be delivered properly and you have not received your package we can not help. This is a claim that needs to be filed with the shipping provider directly.  Any issues with missing or lost mail is with the shipping provider directly not with Kasa Karly as this is not because of mistakes made on our end.
