Refund policy

Exchanges

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Shipping must be paid for by customer unless the product arrive damaged

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and MUST NOT be an item listed in the below "exempt items" list.

Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. We also do not accept products that are "Kustom" or Custom jewelry pieces, "Kustom" or Custom Orders, as well as ANY initial items. Sale items are as well, excluded.

Under no circumstances will "Kostume" or Costume Jewelry items be exchanged in cases where the pieces have "turned" in color. Jewelry comes with care card instructions, and not all items are of the same quality. Please check the description when purchasing to ensure the material you are buying can withstand how you will use these pieces.

Costume pieces should not be exposed to water, oils, perfumes, sweat and are given instructions to prolong life of items inside your packaging. Sterling Silver and 14k Gold does not turn and can be polished with a polishing cloth to remove tarnished areas. Do not use polishing cloth on 14k gold plated items or vermeil items, as this will expose the sterling silver base. 

No Jewelry of any material is ever recommended by a certified Jewler to wear into water, pools, salt water, of any type. It can be cleaned, (in higher quality items) but is still harmful to precious stones.

To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Cancellations are not accepted in any case, once an order is placed it will be fulfilled. However, an exchange process can start as soon as you receive the piece or we can assist you with exchanging the piece purchased before it ships out.


Refunds 
Kasa Karly Does not provide refunds in any case. Exchanges are honored only in cases where an exchange meets the above guidelines or is necessary, or a credit can be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any cases.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We suggest using UPS for both purchases or exchanges.

Damaged Product

In a case where your item arrives damaged, please E-mail sales@kasakarly.com. We will be more than happy to replace any damaged goods.

In your E-mail be sure to provide: an image of the damaged item, your order number, and full name.
